Torque wrenches include dial-type torque wrenches and pointer-type torque wrenches; in addition, there are electric torque wrenches and pneumatic torque wrenches. Torque wrenches have a wide range of applications, so how to better use wrenches to prevent damage from Star tools?

1. In the use of a torque wrench, first select a moderate range according to the requirements of the measurement part. The measured torque value should not be less than 20% of the middle range of the torque device in use. A range that is too large should not be used for small torque parts. Reinforced, small-range torquers can not be used over-range, otherwise it is easy to damage the instrument.

2. When using a torque wrench, first connect the supporting pawl with auxiliary accessories (such as sleeves, various types of nozzles) to ensure that the connection is no problem. Before strengthening the torque, set the force value that needs to be reinforced, and Lock the locking device, and then adjust the direction switch to apply the force evenly.

3. During the measurement, the hand should grasp the effective range of the handle, and slowly apply force in the direction perpendicular to the pipe body until it hears the sound made after reaching the set value. During the use of Shandong Shida tools, according to the national standard instrument operating specifications, the vertical deviation should not exceed 10 degrees. The horizontal deviation should not exceed 3 degrees.
