Ripple Diamond Saw Blade
The diamond corrugated saw blade comprises a circular matrix and a diamond tool head arranged on the outer circumference edge of the matrix.
The key is: the two opposite sides of the tool head are distributed from the outside to the inside grooves. In order to maintain the thickness of the cutting head and improve the strength of the cutting head, the grooves on both sides of the cutting head are arranged in a staggered manner.
The above grooves are preferably inclined grooves in the direction of rotation of the saw blade. The utility model is sharp and durable when cutting inorganic non-metallic materials such as ceramic, stone and concrete, and can be cut either dry or wet.
