Bi-Metal Hole Saw

Bi-Metal Hole Saw can cut all processable metals, wood, nailed wood, plastics, synthetic glass, drywall, fiberboard and composites, including stainless steel. Standard cutting depth is 1-1/2", cutting size is 2*4'. There is no need to configure a separate axis to operate. Also we do accept OEM packing.

Matters need attention

1. Before punching, the hole saw must be inspected for its solidity

2. The object to be drilled should be stable. If it is a small object to be processed, professional fixture should be used to stabilize it on the work table, without shaking and warping.

3. The initial speed should be slow, do not stop the hole saw rotation before exit the saw from the object

4. Wear protective gloves and goggle while cutting.
